For example, when I came here in 2011, many people did not have a lot of English even though they had been learning it for a few years. The biggest barrier was that Koreans and Americans are very different in their culture and language.

It is a difficult decision to make because there are many benefits and disadvantages of both countries. Korea has better pay, better working hours, better living conditions, and the food is much healthier than in China. On the other hand, China has more opportunities for career progression, more opportunities for work-life balance, and it is easier to save money in China.
